Javier has performed with artists like Carlo Maria Giulini, Mstislav Rostropovich, Frank Peter Zimmerman, Maxim Vengerov, Sir Colin Davis, Teresa Berganza, among others…
Soloist Experience
Javier has performed with Symphonic Orchestra as a soloist, the followings Concertos for Bassoon: C. M. Weber , W. A.Mozart, A. Vivaldi. He also performed the Isang Young Monologue for Solo Bassoon.
Awards
He got different Awards in the "Zumaia International Soloist Competition” and also in the “Zaragoza International Soloist Competition" as a soloist, and several prices as a chamber player in different group settings.
Recording Experience
Played in more than 80 recording sessions in Spain and in the US. He recorded at Berklee College of Music and also in different professional studios: Boston University Studios, Mix One Studios, Futura Productions among others. Has experience recording a wide range of styles from Orchestra classical music, film music, contemporary and jazz.
