The way I work Mock-up production is with EWI Midi Controller and samplers. I like work with Pro Tools because of high audio quality this software offers me. Normally, I sequenced with Digital Perfomer, because of the film scoring tools it has, and the final recording with pro tools.

Sequencers: Pro Tools, Digital Performer, Logic pro, Reason

Samplers: Kontakt, Giga Studio, EXS24

Orchestral Libraries: GPO, VSO

Synthesizers: Tassman, NMG2

Midi controllers: Ewi Akai 4000s
